Ethics and transparency are our pillars in all relationships


COMPLIANCE

The Compliance area was created in 2020 to ensure our daily lives that all ethical and moral aspects were clearly described  and being fulfilled within Razzo.  

The commitment to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency begins with Razzo's Advisory Board and extends to all employees. This is essential for Razzo's growth, modernity and perpetuity, as well as for the smooth running of personal relationships.

Our mission is to make sure that everyone knows, teaches and executes the Compliance rules within their areas.

Our Compliance program is structured around 10 pillars/steps . And they are part of our daily lives and are processes that guarantee our effective performance within the set of disciplines.

RULES

The first pillar is the rules and legislation that apply to the company's business.

AUDIT

The seventh pillar refers to periodic audits, which are essential to the survival of the Compliance Program and allow continuous improvements for the area.

TRAINING

The fifth aims to enable, guide and train all Razzo employees to be  disseminator of our code of conduct and ethics, policies, procedures  and values. We understand that any and all changes are only possible through education.

The third step was to enable an independent Compliance Structure supported by the company's advisory board.

COMPLAINT

The sixth step is the reporting channel and the appropriate response to it. In it, anyone can report any violations of our

code of conduct and ethics in a confidential manner. All complaints are duly investigated and dealt with considering the organization's premises and policies.

Risks

 

The fourth pillar is the Risk Map, which is a detailed and structured process for identifying and measuring possible risks for the company. Through this map, it is possible to establish structured action plans and act diligently to control and prevent impacts.

DOCUMENTS

The eighth step is document management through a Governance Portal. In it, everyone can have access to the company’s rules, legislation, policy and code of conduct.

PERFORMANCE

The ninth pillar reflects the importance of Compliance for Razzo and incorporates adherence to the compliance program into the performance evaluation of the main executives, which can have an impact on the careers of these professionals.

INDICATORS

Finally, the  tenth  pillar, that  treats of 

follow-up  in   all  you indicators  in  performance  of

the Program of  Razzo Compliance. Quarterly the area it presents  to the advisory board   a report  in  Compliance  complete with  all  the actions, investigations and results obtained, as well as indicators  gives   area   like

SLA of   attendance   to the complaints, the amount  in   complaints and     too much  actions that are necessary.
